Our Members

Domestic work makes other work possible.

Our members are the 50,000 domestic workers in Massachusetts: working as nannies, housekeepers, housecleaners, caretakers, and home healthcare workers. These hardworking folks take care of what you can not in your home and in your life; they make your own work possible. They are essential workers.

The majority of domestic workers are Women of Color, many of whom are Black and/or immigrants.
